A quote covering migration sources, custom DocTypes and workflows, timeline, and price. What's in scope is on the page, in writing, before anything starts.

Migration & build
Chart of accounts, open transactions, and opening stock migrate. Workflows, modules, and agents get built and tested against your real data.

Training & go-live
Your team trains on the system before go-live, and we're on the call the day it happens.

Hosting & support
Hosting, patching, and backups continue for ERP. Agent and Automate work continues as scoped, or ends when the job is done.
03 — What we need from you
Five things speed up the quote.
Bring these to the discovery call and the written quote usually comes back faster and more accurate.
- Export or admin access to your current system — QuickBooks, NetSuite, Odoo, or spreadsheets
- A chart of accounts and a list of open AR/AP
- A product or SKU list with current inventory counts, if you carry stock
- Who approves what — your roles and sign-off chain
- One point of contact who can answer questions during migration
Operator's note
ERPNext is open source. You own the data and the code, and there is no per-user licence to pay us or anyone else. We don't publish a single ERP or agent price because the honest number depends on what you're migrating from and how much custom work the job needs — that's what the discovery call and the written quote are for.
Automate is the one product with a public price, on the pricing page.
