Every package starts with a 15-day free trial at chat.parsimony.com. No credit card is required to start; nothing is taken at signup. Cancel inside the app before the trial ends and you are not billed. Keep it, add a payment method, and the package bills monthly after the trial, until you cancel inside the app.

What do characters and messages mean?
Characters are knowledge-base capacity: the amount of text you upload or paste for the bot to learn from (500,000 on Kick-Off, 2,000,000 on Growth, 10,000,000 on Agency). Messages are the monthly message allowance (100, 1,000, and 10,000).

How do voice minutes work?
Each package includes free AI voice-call minutes: 10 on Kick-Off, 20 on Growth, 50 on Agency. Additional voice minutes bill inside Parsimony Chat.
