Cloud ERP — Operations analysis

An operations analysis. One price. A blueprint you can act on.

Parsimony's systems architects map how your business runs today — how a lead becomes a customer, how an order is fulfilled, where data is typed in by hand, where the silos are — and deliver a written, tailored blueprint: which Frappe/ERPNext modules to use, which integrations to build, and the order to do it in. $999, fixed. No hourly surprises.

One-time payment of $999 at Stripe. An operator emails to schedule the mapping call.

  • $999 fixed
  • Delivered in writing
  • Scoped on a 15-minute call

01 / Who it is for

Three kinds of business ask for it.

The common thread: the work gets done, but only because particular people remember to do it, and the tools that hold the records were never introduced to each other.

  1. 01

Owners who are still the system

The order ships because you remembered. The invoice goes out because you sent it. The analysis writes down the system that lives in your head so it can live somewhere that does not need you in the room.

  2. 02

QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and a CRM that do not talk

The ledger is in one place, the stock count in another, the customer in a third, and somebody retypes between them. The blueprint says which of those jobs an ERP should take over and which integrations close the gaps.

  3. 03

    Anyone evaluating ERPNext

You have read that ERPNext is open source and modular, and you want to know what it would look like for your business before anyone quotes an implementation. The analysis is that answer, in writing.

02 / What we map

The questions we ask, and keep asking.

The architects who do the mapping have run warehouses, marketplaces, and month-end closes themselves. They are looking for where the work actually goes, and who has to remember it.

  1. 01

How does a lead become a customer?

Where it arrives, who follows up, where the quote lives, and where the record is created once they buy.

  2. 02

How does an order get fulfilled?

Order, pick, pack, ship, invoice: which system holds each step and who moves it along.

  3. 03

Where is data entered by hand?

Every place a person retypes something that already exists somewhere else.

  4. 04

    Which system holds the truth?

For customers, items, stock, and money: the one record everything else should read from, and the copies that drift.

  5. 05

    Where are the silos?

The tools and spreadsheets only one person can see, and what stops when that person is away.

  6. 06

    Who approves what?

Purchase orders, credit, discounts, refunds: the sign-off chain as it actually runs.

  7. 07

What do you look at on Monday?

The handful of numbers an owner reads to know the week is fine, and where each one comes from today.

03 / What you receive

A written blueprint, in four parts.

Tailored to the business we mapped, not a template with your logo on it. Delivered in writing, so it can be read, shared, and acted on.

  1. 01

A map of the current workflows

How the business runs today, as it actually runs, written down so the whole team is looking at the same picture.

  2. 02

    The Frappe/ERPNext modules to use

Which standard modules carry which jobs — accounting, stock, selling, buying, manufacturing — and where a custom Frappe app is warranted.

  3. 03

    The integrations

For example, connecting inventory to the AI voice agent so it can answer a stock question on a call, or an API into accounting so nothing is retyped.

  4. 04

The order to do it in

What goes first, what waits, and what to stop doing by hand as each piece lands.

04 / What comes next

The analysis stands on its own.

It is the map, not the quote. With the blueprint in hand you can act on it yourself, take it to whoever you like, or ask Parsimony to build what it describes.

If you choose the third, the Cloud ERP engagement — managed ERPNext on Frappe Cloud, the migration, the training — is scoped from the blueprint and quoted separately, in writing. How an engagement runs is on the services page.

05 / The price

$999

Fixed · pay at Stripe · in writing

One price, agreed before the work starts.

  • No hourly billing and no surprises: the price is the price, paid once at Stripe.
  • Scoped on a 15-minute call, then mapped with the people who do the work.
  • Delivered in writing; the blueprint is yours whether or not you go further.

06 / Questions

Before the call.

01

What is the operations analysis?

A fixed-price review of how your business runs today. Parsimony's systems architects map the current workflows — how a lead becomes a customer, how an order is fulfilled, where data is entered by hand, where the silos are — and deliver a written, tailored blueprint: which Frappe/ERPNext modules to use, which integrations to build, and the order to do them in. $999, fixed.

02

Why a fixed price?

So there are no hourly surprises. $999 is the whole price of the analysis, paid once at Stripe before the work starts. The scope is set on a short call and the deliverable is written, so you can read it, share it, and act on it.

03

Do we need to be on ERPNext already?

No. Most businesses that ask for the analysis are on QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and a CRM that do not talk to each other. The blueprint says which ERPNext modules would carry that work and in what order; it is written for a business evaluating ERPNext, not one already running it.

04

What happens on the scoping call?

About 15 minutes. You describe what you run today and where it breaks; we confirm what the analysis will cover and who on your side does the work we need to see. The mapping itself starts after the call.

05

Is the analysis a sales pitch for a Cloud ERP engagement?

It is the map, not the quote. The analysis stands on its own and the blueprint is yours whether or not you go further. If you do want Parsimony to build what it describes, the Cloud ERP engagement is scoped from the blueprint and quoted separately, in writing.

06

What do we need to prepare?

Nothing formal. A walkthrough of the systems you use today — accounting, inventory, the CRM, the spreadsheets — and time with the people who actually do the work: whoever takes the order, whoever ships it, whoever closes the month.

Pricing

ERP quotes cover
migration scope, modules, and users.

The first step is the $999 operations analysis: a written blueprint of your workflows, the ERPNext modules, and the integrations, for one fixed price paid at Stripe. A 15-minute call sizes the migration itself — data volume, modules, and go-live timeline — and the engagement is quoted in writing. Parsimony Chat (from $97 a month) and Automate (from $57 a month) are self-serve if you need them too.
