Automate — marketing automation

Marketing automation for small business, built on HighLevel.

Parsimony Automate is HighLevel, white-labelled and supported by Parsimony. CRM, funnels, two-way text and email, workflows, booking, and websites on one login, at public prices, with a phone number that reaches a person.

  • Built on HighLevel · white-label
  • $57 / $199 / $497 a month · public
  • 30-day trial · Stripe checkout

Prices from the public catalog. Parsimony Chat has its own packages on the pricing page. Cloud ERP is quoted separately.

01 — What it is

One login for the whole customer conversation.

A small business collects the same customer three or four times: once in a form tool, once in a mailing list, once in a booking calendar, once in a spreadsheet by the phone. Nobody follows up because nobody can see the whole record. Automate puts the contact, the pipeline stage, every email and text, the booked appointment, and the invoice on one screen, and then lets you write the follow-up once so it runs for every contact after that.

The platform underneath is HighLevel. Parsimony white-labels it, sets the public prices, answers the phone, and connects it to the rest of what we run for operators: managed ERPNext for the books and the warehouse, and AI chat agents and voice agents for the questions that come in before a person is awake.

Three plans, all public, all with a 30-day trial through Stripe: Startup at $57 a month (3 users, 3,000 contacts), Professional at $199 (10 users, 15,000 contacts, API, two-way text), and Premium at $497 (unlimited users and unlimited contacts, SaaS mode, AI assistants). The full matrix, and the stack it replaces, is on the pricing page.

This table is generated from the same catalog that drives checkout, so it cannot drift from the price you pay. Limits (users, contacts, domains, credits) are on the pricing comparison.

03 — Workflow

Write the follow-up once. It runs for every contact.

A workflow is a trigger, a list of steps, and a goal that ends it. Here is the shape of one, then the six things that happen when it runs.

A HighLevel workflow in Parsimony AutomateA form or store event triggers the workflow. An email goes out, then a wait, then a text, then a wait, then a last email. If the contact buys or books, the sequence stops and the pipeline stage updates. Otherwise the contact is tagged for a later win-back workflow.Triggerform · call · APIEmail 1t + 30 minTextt + 4 h · two-wayEmail 2t + 24 hGoal reached?booked · replied · paidthe goal is checked after every stepYes: stopstage → Won · sequence endsNo: tag contactwin-back workflow in 60 daysdata pathmoney path
Fig. 1 — One workflow: trigger, three touches with waits between them, and a goal check after every step. Teal is the data path; gold is the money path. Workflows and triggers are included from Professional up.
  1. 01

    A contact does something

Fills a form, books a slot, misses a call, replies to a text, moves to a new pipeline stage, or your store sends an event through the API. Automate records it against the contact.

  2. 02

    A trigger starts the workflow

You pick the event and the conditions once. Workflows and triggers are included from the Professional plan up; Startup covers pipelines, booking, and lead nurture sequences.

  3. 03

    The first message goes out

Email or two-way text, with the contact's name, the thing they asked about, and a link back. Copy and timing are yours to edit.

  4. 04

Waits and follow-ups run on schedule

A wait step, then the next message. Three touches over a day or two is the usual shape. Nobody on your team has to remember to send the second one.

  5. 05

    The goal stops the sequence

When the contact books, replies, or pays, the workflow ends for that contact and the pipeline stage updates. No more messages to someone who already said yes.

  6. 06

    The next workflow can begin

A review request after the job, a text-to-pay link after the quote, a re-engagement sequence after sixty quiet days. Each one is its own workflow with its own trigger.

04 — Playbooks

Six workflows most operators build first.

Each one is a trigger and a handful of steps you can copy. The last column is the plan you need, taken from the parts list above.

Table 2 — Starter playbooks with their trigger, steps, and the plan that includes them.

05 — For ecommerce

Which Parsimony product does which job in a store.

Automate is the follow-up layer, not the storefront and not the warehouse. This map keeps the four jobs apart so you buy the right one first.

For a store, the Automate work is the part that happens after the order or instead of one: the abandoned-cart sequence, the review request, the win-back text, the booking link for a consultation, and the text-to-pay link for a custom quote. The store keeps the catalog and the checkout. On Professional and Premium the API lets your store send those events into a workflow; on Startup you work from forms, bookings, and pipeline stages.

07 — FAQ

Questions operators ask before they buy.

01

Is this GoHighLevel?

Yes. Parsimony Automate is HighLevel (GoHighLevel), sold under Parsimony's name and supported by Parsimony. We say so on this page and on the pricing page because you would find out anyway, and because there is nothing to hide: you get the HighLevel builder with Parsimony's prices and Parsimony's support.

02

Why buy through Parsimony instead of HighLevel directly?

Three reasons. Public prices of $57 / $199 / $497 a month with a 30-day trial. A phone number with a person on it, plus an optional 24/7 support add-on. And one vendor for the rest of the stack: Cloud ERP and AI agents from the same team, so the CRM, the books, and the chat agent are not three suppliers pointing at each other.

03

Which plan do I need for workflows and triggers?

Professional ($199 a month) or Premium. Startup ($57) includes pipelines, booking, the website builder, the social calendar, and lead nurture sequences, but not the workflow builder, funnels, two-way text, or the API.

04

Can I run abandoned-cart sequences?

Yes, as a workflow on Professional or Premium. Automate does not run your storefront; Shopify or Miva still handle catalog and checkout. Your store sends the cart event to Automate through the API, the workflow sends the follow-up, and a purchase ends the sequence.

05

Is there a free trial?

Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial through Stripe. You authorize a card at checkout and are not charged until the trial ends unless you cancel. Each plan also carries a one-time in-app credit for phone, text, and email usage: $10 on Startup, $25 on Professional, $100 on Premium.

06

What does the 24/7 tech support add-on cover?

Live chat inside Parsimony Automate, Email ticket coverage, Live Zoom when the job needs a screen share, Help building campaigns, funnels, pages, and QR flows. It is $349 a month on top of any plan. If you already know HighLevel, skip it.

07

Does Automate replace my ERP or accounting system?

No. Automate is the CRM and marketing layer: contacts, pipelines, messages, funnels, booking. Inventory, purchasing, and the general ledger live in Cloud ERP, which Parsimony runs as managed ERPNext on Frappe Cloud and quotes to the job.
