Privacy Policy

Parsimony LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates parsimony.com and the AI chat agent, AI voice agent, marketing automation (Parsimony Automate), and managed Cloud ERP services described there. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. It does not cover the separate Frappe Cloud environment behind a Cloud ERP subscription, which has its own terms.
1. Who we are

2. Information we collect
- Contact information you give us on the contact form or ROI calculator — name, email, phone, company.
- Usage data from Google Analytics — pages visited, general location, device and browser type.
- Business data a Cloud ERP or AI agent customer gives us to configure and run that service — this lives in the customer's own ERPNext instance or agent knowledge base, not on parsimony.com.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we use it
- To respond to a contact-form or ROI-calculator submission — both are added to our CRM (GoHighLevel) so a team member can follow up.
- To process an Automate subscription payment through Stripe.
- To understand site usage in aggregate through Google Analytics.
- To provide, secure, and support the service a customer has purchased.
4. Third parties
We use these services to run parsimony.com and its forms. Each has its own privacy policy governing the data it processes.
- Cloudflare
- Hosting, content delivery, security, and the D1 database and R2 storage that back the site and its forms.
- Google Analytics 4
- Website analytics — pages viewed, general location, device type.
- Formspree
- Delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
- GoHighLevel / LeadConnector
- Our CRM. Contact-form and ROI-calculator submissions are added as contacts here so a person can follow up.
- Stripe
- Payment processing for Parsimony Automate subscriptions on /pricing. Stripe, not Parsimony, handles and stores card details.
- ConBal (conbal.us)
- Supplies short editorial "Did you know?" style content blocks shown on some pages; no personal data is sent to it.
- YouTube
- Embedded video, where used, loads from YouTube's servers under Google's privacy policy.
5. Data retention
- Contact form submissions (Formspree + CRM)
- Kept in the CRM until you ask us to delete them; Formspree's own retention applies to the email copy.
- ROI calculator estimates (D1 database)
- Kept indefinitely for our own records unless you ask us to delete yours; not shared outside Parsimony and its CRM.
- Analytics data (GA4)
- Governed by Google Analytics' standard retention settings.
6. Security
Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). For Cloud ERP customers, your ERP data lives in your own dedicated instance on Frappe Cloud; you retain ownership, and we access it only for support you request.
7. Cookies and analytics
parsimony.com uses Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies to distinguish visitors. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. We do not run any advertising network on this site.
8. Your rights (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA)
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict our processing of it, and — for California residents — to know what categories of personal information we collect and to opt out of any sale (we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of). To exercise any of these rights, contact hello@parsimony.com. We respond to verified requests within the time required by applicable law.

We may update this policy as the site or its services change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be reflected here.
