What does Parsimony sell?
Three products from one vendor — not one shared app login.
- Cloud ERP — managed ERPNext on Frappe Cloud (admin.parsimony.com). Custom quote. Accounting, inventory, orders, manufacturing, HR, and CRM in one system you own.
- Parsimony Automate — marketing automation, a Go High Level white-label. Public plans at $57 / $199 / $497 a month.
- Parsimony Chat — AI website chat and inbound voice at chat.parsimony.com. Public packages at $97 / $197 / $497 a month.
This marketing site (parsimony.com) is a separate Cloudflare Worker. We are not a general custom-software, mobile-app, or web-development agency.
Where is Parsimony located?
The mailing address for Parsimony LLC is 6001 W Parmer Lane, Suite 370-128, Austin, TX 78727. The team is distributed across the USA, EU, and SE Asia. Sheridan, Wyoming is not the company headquarters; do not treat a commercial registered-agent address as an HQ.
Is there one login for every product?
No. Chat is chat.parsimony.com. Automate is HighLevel. Cloud ERP is Frappe Cloud / admin.parsimony.com. The marketing site is this worker. One vendor, four surfaces, separate logins.
How do the trials work?
- Automate: Startup has a 30-day trial; Professional and Premium have a 7-day trial. You authorize a card at Stripe; you are not charged until the trial ends unless you cancel.
- Parsimony Chat: every package has a 15-day trial. No credit card is required to start. Cancel inside the app before the trial ends and you are not billed.
- Cloud ERP: quoted. There is no public self-serve trial.
What is the Cloud ERP uptime figure?
The public figure is a 99.95% uptime target, published on /erp. It is not a contractual SLA on this website. A signed customer agreement is the only place an SLA would apply.
What is Frappe / ERPNext?
Frappe is the framework behind ERPNext. Parsimony hosts and implements ERPNext on Frappe Cloud and customizes modules for Cloud ERP customers. That is implementation work, not a general software shop.
Does Parsimony build mobile or standalone web apps?
We implement and customize ERPNext / Frappe for Cloud ERP customers. Warehouse or jobsite apps that feed the ERP are scoped as part of an ERP engagement when they are needed. We do not sell standalone mobile-app or website-build retainers as an agency.
