Parsimony ERP needs world-class project management specialists.

Our unique and customized e-commerce focused ERP solution is built on with a core of ERPNext made with Python and Frappe (A full-stack web-app framework).

We want you to:

  1. Drive both the internal development team and external resource providers to on time and on budget success for each of their individual objectives while communicating with the leadership team about projects. These will be managed using the Parsimony ERP system.
  2. Work with the training documentation, FAQs, and course development from the training team.
  3. Work with the support team to understand common patterns of customer issues and then develop strategies and make recommendations to help overcome any systemic issues our customers are facing.
  4. You will help drive our creative and tactical marketing processes by supporting the marketing team, if needed, towards a greater understanding of the services, software, and business in general.
  5. You will be relentless in your service attitude towards customers and we will reward awesomeness and recognize those who live by our value
  6. Help develop and maintain the FAQ for internal and external users.
  7. Help develop training materials which include written, audio and video communications including screen shares with examples for customers.
  8. Your written and spoken English must be excellent.
  9. This is a work from home position. You are required to have a computer and stable internet connection of your own.

We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience delegating to 15 or more junior staff members. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible, and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires some overtime hours, especially around end-of-month deadlines.
