Steps
- Click the Parsimony "P" in the top left corner and look for "Control Alerts" on the Archive and Alert card. You can also open the list directly at
https://{yourSubdomain}.parsimony.com/desk#List/Alert%20Setup/List. - You may see an empty grid if no Alerts have been configured yet.
- Click "New" in the upper right corner to create a new Alert.
- Make sure the "Enabled" box is checked.
- In the "Alert Type" drop-down, choose "Email".
- In the "Recipients" box, enter as many email addresses as you want, one address per line.
- In the "Alert Timings" window, choose a window of up to 12 hours with "From Time" (start) and "To Time" (finish). All times are local to the time zone set for the account.
- In the top box, select or deselect the items you want to be alerted on. For instance, if an item's Best Sellers Rank (BSR) is volatile, you may not want an alert for every change. Uncheck the box and you will not be alerted to those changes.
- Review the selections in the "Ratings and Reviews" box as well.
- When you have finished, click "Save" in the top right corner.
Alerts are one of the notification features of the Parsimony Cloud ERP built on ERPNext.
