We need World Class Finance Professionals. (Yes more than one!)

We're looking for an accounting or finance professional that has deep experience in the implementation and ongoing management of ERPNext.

This role will be a FULL-TIME remote position. You will work from home. You must have a computer and an Internet connection that is capable of supporting the required work. (and yes, we have more than one position available if we can find the right candidates.)

We want you to:

  1. Work with both the internal teams and external resource providers to provide on time and on budget financial implementations while communicating with the leadership team about ongoing projects. These will be managed using the Parsimony.com ERP system.
  2. Provide all financial guidance for ERP implementation including the full Chart of Accounts and prepare for multi-currency and multi-user environments.
  3. Be able to document your work with the training documentation, FAQs, and course development from the training team.
  4. Work with the support team to understand common patterns of accounting user issues related to finance and then develop strategies and make recommendations to help overcome any systemic issues our customers are facing.
  5. You will help drive our financial reporting and closing processes by to provide an understanding of the business performance.
  6. You will be relentless in your service attitude towards customers, who in your case may be other internal departments, and we will reward awesomeness and recognize those who live by our values.
  7. Help develop and maintain the Finance related FAQ for internal and external users.
  8. Help develop training materials which include written, audio and video communications including screen shares with examples for customers related to the finance and accounting functions of the business.
  9. Your written and spoken English must be excellent.
  10. This is a work from home position. You are required to have a computer and stable internet connection of your own. 
  11. You understand that SYMO GLOBAL has a number of companies in our portfolio, both big and small, and you will be responsible to gain an understanding of each of these businesses, set up the financial systems and then provide direct bookkeeping and other financial entries and all tasks through closing the books and providing financial reports.

We’re hiring a self-motivated financial and accounting professional with experience in all aspects of financial accounting AND with experience using the ERPNext system. 
The successful candidate will work directly with the team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each company project are completed.
